Welcome to my blog. This may be a little different to the usual type of blog you may have read on weaving. Rather than daily bulletins about the practical aspects of what I’m weaving, I would like to share with you some musings.
I am a weaver, and totally passionate about weaving. I love to teach weaving and to share my enthusiasm and passion for weaving with many people from all walks of life and many different backgrounds. Through the actual physical act of weaving, and through sharing and talking with so many different people about weaving and life in general, I decided to put my thoughts down on paper (or on the screen!) and put them out there for you to comment on.
I shall be publishing an article each week. These articles will be on a wide range of topics that touch weaving, art, philosophy, psychology and many other facets of life.
My hope is that you will find my philosophical approach enjoyable and thought provoking and that you will want to join in. Please feel free to send me your comments and thoughts. I’m really interested in how you think and feel, and it would be wonderful to be able to include your contributions where appropriate, although of course I do reserve the right to edit.
